If you have an idea for a business and you want to run it in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, but you lack start-up capital, you can take advantage of the Microloan for starting a business. The Microloan is aimed at people over 29 years of age who are unemployed.

Companies affected by the COVID-19 pandemic can also benefit from liquidity loans from the Regional Operational Programme (Liquidity loan), which will be provided until the end of June 2021.

If you are already running a business in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and need financial resources for its development, you can use the Loans for SMEs.

You can use a microloan for business start-ups for, among other things:

For whom: for persons over 30 years of age who are planning to start a business

Amount of the support: up to 100,000 

Repayment period: up to 7 years 

Grace period: up to 12 months 

You can use a microloan to start a business for expenses related to starting your own business, including but not limited to:

• purchase of machinery,

• purchase of goods and equipment,

• adaptation of premises,

• advertising business;

• accounting services.

Loan for SMEs

For whom: micro- and small sized enterprises

Amount of the support: up to PLN 1,000,000 

Repayment period: up to 5 years

Grace period: up to 6 months

The SME loan can be used for:

• provision of seed and start-up capital;

• raising capital to strengthen or expand the company's core business;

• purchase of modern equipment, machinery and production lines.

Liquidity loan

For whom: micro- and small-sized enterprises affected by the coronavirus pandemic

Amount of the support: up to PLN 3,000,000 

Repayment period: up to 6 years

Grace period: up to 6 months

The Liquidity loan (SME loan) will be provided until 30.06.2021. You can use it for:

• employee remuneration costs (including contributions due to ZUS, US)

• repayment of public-law liabilities;

• repayment of commercial debts, covering the costs of infrastructure use, etc.,

• stocking, semi-finished products, etc.,

• expenditure necessary to ensure continuity of operations not paid at 1 February 2020

NOTE: Companies affected by the difficult situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic will be able to benefit from special solutions that BGK has prepared in cooperation with ministries and local governments.

Possible changes in the terms and conditions of repayment of EU loans from the Regional Operational Programmes of the voivodeships are:

• an additional grace period of 6 months for the repayment of the capital;

• a 4-month (for the Microloan) "credit holiday" in repayments, i.e. a suspension of repayments for 4 months, or

• a 6-month (for SME Loan) "credit holiday" in repayments, i.e. a suspension of repayments for 6 months;

• possibility of suspending business activity (for a maximum of 6 months) during the first 12 months after its launch - applies to the Microloan;

• a reduction in interest rates on loans.

If you wish to make use of these solutions, please contact the financial intermediary directly with whom you have concluded a loan agreement. Changes to the conditions of concluded contracts will be possible upon application. 

Repayment terms may be altered upon credible justification that the COVID-19 situation has caused liquidity problems at the time of loan repayment or generates a risk of such problems in the future, and upon the intermediary's assessment of the situation.
