- Loan for financing working capital deficit addressed to the SME sector with turnover exceeding PLN 4 million
- The amount of loan you can get is PLN 0.8 million - PLN 5 million
Benefits:
By applying for a loan to finance a deficit in working capital, you can gain from PLN 0.8 to even 5 million. The financing period is up to 6 years and the grace period for capital repayment is extended to 15 months. In the case of early repayment of the loan or unused loan amount, the commission is not charged; otherwise, there is a preparatory commission of 0.2%. The financing is disbursed as a one-off payment or in tranches.
What requirements do you need to meet?
The loan is aimed at SMEs with a turnover of more than PLN 4 million and with positive results for 2019 (positive EBITDA and net result), with full accounting. In order to obtain a loan, you are required to:
• provide collateral in the form of a real estate mortgage and other standard securities accepted by ARP S.A. (minimum 120% of the market value);
• use KGP Guarantee Funds support and additional collateral: blank promissory note with promissory note declaration;
• provide a statement on submission to enforcement pursuant to Article 777 of the Civil Code, surety under the civil law of the principal shareholders of the borrower.

What are the stages of action?
To apply for a loan you need to fill out an application form online. However, before you proceed to submit the form, please read the instructions (Polish only)on how to do it correctly. Also make sure that you have an active Trusted Profile on the ePUAP platform.
What next?
An application for support is examined immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission together with the required attachments. After submitting the application, wait for the contact from ARP S.A. You can check the current status of your application on your Customer Desktop. If you receive a positive decision, a loan agreement will be signed. To speed up the process, sign the contract with a qualified electronic signature.
