- The loan is intended to finance salaries and wages for companies from the small and medium-sized enterprise sector with a confirmed deficit of current liquidity
- The funds obtained by the companies from the loans may be used only to maintain employment and continue their activities
Benefits:
If you are having trouble paying salaries to your employees due to the COVID-19 crisis, take advantage of an IDA loan to fund their salaries. The loan will be granted to you based on the statement of account and liquidity analysis of your business. The financing period is up to 2 years, and the grace period for capital repayment is extended to 12 months. If the loan is repaid early or the loan amount is not used no commission is charged; otherwise, there is a preparatory fee of 0.2%. The financing shall be disbursed in one instalment or in tranches.

What requirements do you need to meet?
The loan is targeted at SMEs with a confirmed current liquidity deficit. In order to obtain a loan, the following is required:
• collateral for exposures up to PLN 200,000 in the form of a blank bill of exchange along with a bill of exchange declaration, declaration of submission to enforcement pursuant to Art. 777 of the Civil Code and surety of the major shareholders of the borrower;
• collateral for the exposure exceeding PLN 200,000 in the form of a mortgage on real estate and other standard collaterals accepted by the ARP (minimum 120 percent of the market value), as well as the use of support from the KGP Surety Funds and additional collaterals (blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration, statement on submission to enforcement, surety of the main shareholders of the borrower).

What are the stages of action?
Loan applications can be made through a dedicated website (Polish only). The contract is signed using the Trusted Profile. Make sure you also have an active Trusted Profile on the ePUAP platform.
What next?
The IDA undertakes to consider an entrepreneur's application immediately or no later than within 14 days of its submission together with the required attachments. In the case of formal defects of the application, the Agency shall call the entrepreneur to supplement it within no longer than 5 days. You can check the current status of your application on your Customer Desktop. If you receive a positive decision, a loan agreement will be signed.
