What will you gain?
Participating in the program will allow you to gain funding for investment projects focused on implementation of research results which will eventuate in the introduction of new or significantly improved products or services to the market. You can also apply for funding if you are conducting experimental development work or you want to use consultancy services.
The program enables you to gain a grant:
- up to PLN 450,000 for research stage;
- up to PLN 500,00 for consulting stage
- and up to PLN 20,000,000 for research, consulting and investment stages.
Under the program you can obtain financing for:
- investment expenditure:
- acquisition of the right of perpetual usufruct of land and acquisition of the property right;
- the acquisition or manufacturing of fixed assets;
- purchase of services and building materials;
- acquisition of patents, licenses, know-how and other intellectual property rights;
- instalment repayment for developed and undeveloped real estate;
- instalments repayment of other fixed assets;
- purchase of machinery and equipment necessary to start the production;
- and also for the purchase of real estate or construction of a new production line and halls.
- experimental development:
- remuneration of people employed in the project;
- researches conducted based on a contract, knowledge and patents purchased or used under a license;
- operational costs, including operating costs and materials as well as similar products;
- consultancy services provided by external consultants, not related to the ongoing activities of your company.

What are the requirements?
Micro-, small or medium-sized enterprises, who run their business in Poland can take part in the program.
What are the stages?
The program is divided into two stages:
- stage I - directed to companies implementing projects in medium-sized cities;
- stage II - general competition.
Applications for co-financing can be submitted from 20 March to 5 December 2018.
In order to apply for the program:
- you need to fill in the application form and submit its electronic version via Generator Wniosków along with the required attachments. You can access the Generator by clicking on the "Apply" button;
- to your application you need to attach the scan of signed declaration of confirmation (you have two working days to do that) and you also need to send the original via ePUAP platform or on the following address:

Your application will be subjected to a two-step evaluation process: formal and substantive.
At the substantive assessment stage, you will have a meeting with the Panel of Experts, during which you will be asked to make a presentation of the project, concerning the following issues:
- implementation of R&D results;
- preparation of the project for implementation;
- product innovation;
- market potential of the product.
The date of the meeting will be sent at least 7 days in advance, to the email address indicated in the application.
The evaluation of your project will last for up to 90 days, counting from the end-date of application calls. If your application is evaluated positively, you will gain financing.

What's next?
The results will be announced in four months from the date of completion of the call for applications. The list of projects selected for co-financing will be published within seven days from the end-date of a given application call stage on PARP website.
If your application is on this list, you will be asked to provide – within 7 days – the necessary documents (in an electronic form) to conclude the grant agreement, and then, upon approval of their correctness, to provide a paper version of the documentation.
